Description
Higher Colleges of Technology seeks a full-time faculty instructor to teach general faculty subjects and at least two specialized areas within an assigned academic program or discipline to second-language learners. The role combines student-centered teaching, assessment, advising, curriculum and course development, applied research, committee and community service, academic administration, educational technology integration, and mentoring. Candidates need a relevant Ph.D. where applicable, or a relevant master's degree with professional certification and five years of teaching and industry experience, or potentially a bachelor's degree with extensive industry experience and certification; at least three years of relevant teaching experience is required.
