Post University is hiring a full-time remote Faculty Manager to supervise, coach, and manage the performance of Associate Faculty in its First-Year Experience program. The role reviews instructional quality, faculty engagement, student outcomes, and course metrics; supports faculty development and onboarding; collaborates with Course Chairs and academic leaders; and teaches four First-Year Experience courses annually. Candidates need a master's degree, at least three years of higher education teaching experience, faculty supervision experience, and data-driven decision-making skills. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year, and the position is not approved in Alaska, California, Hawaii, or New York.
