Description
Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) is hiring a full-time faculty member to teach general Faculty subjects and at least two specialized areas within an assigned discipline to second-language learners. The role includes developing and delivering student-centered, technology-enhanced instruction; assessing and advising students; mentoring students during internships and research; conducting applied research; participating in committees and academic or community events; maintaining course assessment documentation; supporting curriculum and quality improvement; and coaching or mentoring colleagues. The posting requires at least three years of relevant teaching experience, with relevant industry experience preferred, and allows qualification through a relevant Ph.D., or a relevant master's degree plus professional certification, or in some cases a bachelor's degree with extensive industry experience and certification.
