Description
Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) is seeking a full-time faculty member to provide student-centered instruction in general Faculty subjects and at least two specialized areas within an assigned discipline. The role includes teaching second-language learners, developing educational technology resources, assessing and advising students, mentoring internship and research activities, participating in applied research and institutional committees, maintaining course assessment documentation, supporting curriculum improvement and quality assurance, and coaching colleagues. Candidates need a relevant Ph.D., or a relevant master's degree with professional certification and five years of teaching and industry experience, or potentially a bachelor's degree with extensive industry experience and certification. At least three years of relevant teaching experience is required, while relevant industry experience and curriculum development experience are preferred.
