Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center in Arizona is hiring an open-rank Research Scientist to lead an externally funded translational cancer research program focused on tumor antigen discovery, immunopeptidomics, AI-driven target prediction, and development of immunotherapies, cellular therapies, vaccines, and theranostics. The role coordinates pre-IND and early-phase clinical research, manufacturing, and collaborations across Mayo Clinic sites and external partners, while mentoring trainees. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in a relevant biomedical or clinical discipline and demonstrate extramural cancer research funding, high-impact publications, team-science leadership, and expertise in advanced sequencing, proteomics, immune profiling, and generative AI.
