Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center are seeking open-rank faculty Implementation and Evaluation Scientists to lead research on implementing and evaluating cancer treatment delivery, supportive care, survivorship, and quality-of-life interventions. The role involves designing pragmatic and hybrid effectiveness-implementation studies, applying implementation science frameworks, conducting real-world evaluations, generating evidence for clinical and operational decision-making, securing extramural funding, mentoring trainees, and collaborating across Mayo Clinic sites and external partners. Candidates should have a PhD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant field, expertise in evaluation and implementation science, a record of peer-reviewed publications and funding, and experience in health systems or community-engaged research.
