Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center are hiring up to three open-rank faculty Implementation and Evaluation Scientists to lead research on cancer treatment delivery, symptom management, survivorship, quality of life, and implementation of evidence-based interventions. The role involves designing pragmatic and hybrid effectiveness-implementation studies, applying implementation science frameworks, conducting real-world evaluations, generating evidence for clinical and operational decision-making, securing extramural funding, and mentoring trainees. Candidates should have a PhD, MD, or equivalent in a relevant field, expertise in evaluation or implementation science, a record of peer-reviewed publications and funding, and experience in health systems or community-engaged research. The positions may be located at Mayo Clinic’s Arizona, Florida, or Rochester/Midwest campuses and offer full-time status with a starting base salary range of $117,500 to $367,500.
