Faculty Preceptor at Unitek Learning

Unitek Learning is hiring a Vocational Nursing Faculty Preceptor to train and support current and new vocational nursing faculty. The role includes faculty orientation, learning-need assessment, training planning, ongoing support during the initial 90-day period, coordination of skills check-offs and clinical training, development of orientation materials, curriculum review, reporting, and participation in professional development and college committees. The position requires a registered nurse with current California licensure, an approved nursing school education, and experience mentoring faculty in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings; an MSN is preferred. The salary range is $85,000 to $110,000, with medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning after 30 days of employment.
