Description
Advantech is recruiting an FAE Engineer to provide software and hardware technical support for embedded industrial computer products to overseas customers. The role involves recommending configurations, assisting with assembly and testing, training customers, resolving product issues, supporting sales and marketing events, and making short-term business trips to regions including Israel, India, Turkey, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Latin America. A bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field, basic electronic-circuit knowledge, office software skills, and the ability to travel are required; customer service experience, Linux/Windows experience, software or hardware R&D experience, and relevant certifications are preferred.
