Description
The role provides remote technical support for NI hardware and software, assists with virtual instrumentation demonstrations, supports on-site installations and proof-of-concept testing, and conducts customer training. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field, bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese ability, strong problem-solving and presentation skills, and a 3-day-per-week commitment for 9–12 months, with full-time summer work preferred. The position may transition into Field Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or Sales roles.
