Description
Arista Networks is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate product and component failures, replicate defects, identify root causes and trends, and communicate findings across engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, and external partner teams. The role oversees failure analysis contract manufacturers, manages RMA and repair backlogs, approves failure analysis results, supports new-product test and debug operations, and improves test yields, equipment, and partner processes. A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, high-tech manufacturing experience, contract manufacturing experience, and knowledge of PCBA, electro-mechanical assembly, testing, diagnostics, and failure analysis are required.
