Coherent Corp is hiring a Failure Analysis Engineer to support the development, evaluation, and optimisation of advanced optoelectronic devices, including semiconductor lasers, modulators, and photodiodes. The role involves functional and physical failure analysis, device evaluation, test-method and equipment design, root-cause analysis, technical reporting, and collaboration with chip design, wafer fabrication, process engineering, quality, and reliability teams. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, along with expertise in semiconductor or optoelectronic devices, fabrication, materials analysis, or electrical engineering.
