Description
The Failure Analysis Engineer investigates significant customer returns, field failures, and line escalations related to hardware issues, determines root causes at the component level, collaborates with design, manufacturing, reliability, and other engineering teams, and supports special capture programs and global RMA and service-site best practices. The role requires hardware troubleshooting, circuit analysis, diagnostic test equipment, programming, schematic and board-layout interpretation, and experience with server technologies and hardware, firmware, and software development and testing. A bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
