Spirit Electronics is hiring a full-time Failure Analysis Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona to support its FA/DPA lab work on microelectronics, semiconductors, EEE components, and PCBAs. The role involves hands-on failure analysis techniques such as C-SAM, X-ray, decapsulation, cross-sectioning, SEM, EDS, and destructive physical analysis; coordinating with Technical Sales and Quality teams; managing lab resources, schedules, and equipment maintenance; and producing reports, presentations, and data packs while meeting AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. The position requires 5–7 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field, and U.S. person status due to export control laws.
