Description

This role involves managing failure analysis (FA) activities across various product lines, leading gap analyses, evaluating new machines, and developing new methods. The individual will interface with the product division and manage recipe transfer activities. A strong background in electronics, electrical, microelectronics, materials, or chemical fields is essential, along with significant experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in failure analysis.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to lead and participate in internal and customer facing meetings.
Highly proficient in preparing and delivering presentations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Interest in technical work
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
High sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure and escalate issues promptly
Effective communication with conviction
