University Partners is hiring a Fall Analyst Intern for its Acquisitions and Asset Management team in downtown Dallas. The intern will support student housing investment opportunities through deal sourcing, market research, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, investment committee proposals, and portfolio monitoring. The role requires an on-site commitment of approximately 40 hours per week throughout the fall, a bachelor’s degree in progress with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or May 2028, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, and strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
