Butterball Farms is seeking an EHS Training & Manufacturing Engineering Intern to develop and improve safety and operational training videos, create supporting training materials, and support EHS, manufacturing, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will work with EHS, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to translate technical processes and safety requirements into clear training content. The role requires a student pursuing a relevant degree who has completed sophomore year, with video editing and basic video production experience preferred.
