BridgeBio is hiring a Family Access Manager (FAM) for its East region to support families and care partners with access, affordability, and reimbursement for infigratinib and other commercialized skeletal dysplasia assets. The role manages patient-support program relationships, resolves access issues, coordinates with pharmacies, prescribers, hubs, and internal stakeholders, and supports new-product launch activities. It requires 5–8 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and 40–60% domestic travel; preferred qualifications include a BA/BS degree, patient-services or market-access experience, rare-disease experience, and previous FAM/PAL experience. The role is based in Cleveland or Boston, with a stated salary of $185,000–$230,000 USD for California-based candidates and hybrid work flexibility.
