Description
People Serving People is hiring a full-time Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families experiencing homelessness through shelter and toward stable housing. The role assesses needs, develops action plans, coordinates referrals and services, assists with employment and material needs, maintains records in CRM and HMIS systems, advocates for clients, and follows trauma-informed and mandated-reporting practices. The position is primarily based at the Fed Plaza shelter, may occasionally require work at other shelters, and requires in-person attendance.
