New Opportunities is hiring two full-time, union Family Development Services Coordinators at $21.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The role provides family development services, coordinates social-service enrollment and benefit payments, tracks family goals, conducts home visits and case conferences, advocates with schools and agencies, delivers workshops, and maintains confidential records and reporting systems. A bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or a similar combination of education and directly related work experience, is required; 2–3 years of direct-service or financial-education experience and bilingual ability are preferred, along with a valid Connecticut driver's license.
