KIPP St. Louis is hiring a full-time, exempt Family Engagement Manager for a 12-month term. The role leads family engagement specialists, coordinates regional family events and parent boards, supports schools with Title I compliance and family engagement plans, manages student transition and retention activities, and analyzes engagement data. It requires a bachelor's degree, leadership and communication skills, nonprofit community-engagement experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends; Spanish-speaking applicants are preferred. The position starts at $55,000 and includes medical, vision, and dental coverage.
