Spurgeons Wiltshire Family Hub is hiring a permanent, full-time Family Hub Worker to provide one-to-one and group support to children, young people, and families across East Wiltshire. The role involves case management, tailored interventions, safeguarding, advocacy, coordination with schools and health professionals, and travel to families’ homes, schools, and community venues. Candidates need a Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant field, experience supporting children, young people, and families, and knowledge of safeguarding and early intervention.
