Family Medicine Physician at Proactive MD

Proactive MD is hiring an experienced, full-time Family Medicine Physician in Artesia, New Mexico, to provide comprehensive preventive, acute, and chronic primary care to adult and pediatric patients aged two and older at an employer-sponsored workplace health center. The physician will conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, educate patients, interpret tests, coordinate referrals, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires an MD or DO, completed Family Medicine residency, at least one year of post-residency clinical experience, state licensure, Family Medicine board certification or eligibility, and current BLS or ACLS certification.
