Proactive MD is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients at an employer-sponsored health center in Florence, South Carolina. The role includes preventive, acute, and chronic care, physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment, treatment planning, health education, laboratory and diagnostic testing, medication prescribing, referrals, documentation, and coordination with the clinical team. The position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends, and requires an MSN, FNP certification, at least three years of family practice or primary care experience, current RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, BLS certification, prescriptive authority, EMR experience, and strong clinical and communication skills.
