Family Nurse Practitioner at Proactive MD

Proactive MD is hiring an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care at an employer-sponsored health center in Midland, Texas. The role includes preventive, acute, and chronic care, physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment, treatment planning, health education, laboratory and diagnostic testing, medication prescribing, referrals, documentation, and coordination with the clinical team. The position requires an MSN, FNP certification, at least two years of family practice or primary care experience, current RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses, BLS certification, prescriptive authority, EMR experience, and strong clinical judgment. The schedule is Monday through Friday with 40 hours per week, and the clinic is scheduled to open on January 4, 2027.
