High Point & Affiliated Organizations is hiring a full-time Family Partner for its Brockton Mobile Crisis Intervention Services program. The role provides emotional and social support, crisis stabilization, coaching, mentoring, advocacy, and peer support to parents and caregivers of youth with behavioral health needs, while helping families navigate treatment, medical, dental, social, and other community services. The position is mobile, requires living or working in the Brockton catchment area, and offers a pay range of $45,760 to $54,080 based on education and experience.
