WellSpan is hiring a full-time Family Physician in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to provide direct patient care across all ages, including newborns and geriatrics, on a four-day workweek with approximately 35 hours per week and an excellent call schedule of about three weeks per year. The role requires an MD or DO, physician licensure, Basic Life Support, and completion of a Family Medicine residency, with board eligibility or certification also required. Compensation starts above $300,000 based on experience, with panel-growth and productivity incentives, six weeks of STO, parental leave, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage, and caregiver support.
