WellSpan Health is hiring an experienced, board-certified Family Physician for a part-time Primary Care Float Pool in Gettysburg, serving 13 practices across Adams County. The physician works one day per week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, covering acute care, routine visits, hospital follow-ups, and AWV, and may float to other practices. The role requires an MD or DO, physician licensure, Basic Life Support, and completion of a Family Medicine residency, with benefits including compensation, signing bonus, loan repayment, retirement savings, CME allowance, health benefits, and malpractice coverage.
