Description
The Family Resource Specialist serves as the first point of contact for families and community members at the Akin Family Resource Center, welcoming participants, assisting with resource-room access, providing information about Akin programs and external resources, making referrals, maintaining records and inventory, and supporting center operations. The role may also handle inquiries related to behavioral health, early learning, and family support services, requires client-facing in-person work at the center, and includes occasional evening and weekend availability.
