Description
The Family Service Counselor serves client families by making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements, acting as the primary family contact and generating revenue through personalized service, lead generation, relationship building, and teamwork with funeral home and cemetery staff. The role requires strong customer service, sales, communication, empathy, and the ability to work flexible hours, evenings/weekends, and drive frequently; a high school diploma or equivalent plus some college or equivalent experience and 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience are preferred.
