Description
The Family Service Counselor at SCI is responsible for serving client families by making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements while generating revenue and acting as the primary family contact. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and teamwork with funeral directors and cemetery staff to deliver personalized, professional service. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, some college or equivalent experience, customer service or sales experience preferred, a driver’s license, and possibly an insurance license, along with strong empathy, communication, presentation, and computer skills.
