Family Service Counselor role responsible for serving client families by making at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need arrangements, while generating revenue through lead generation, relationship building, and teamwork with funeral home and cemetery staff. The position requires strong customer service and sales ability, in-person/flexible hours including evenings and weekends, a driver’s license, and may require an insurance license depending on state law. Compensation is $18.47 per hour plus commission and bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
