Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Family Support Worker to coordinate and deliver wraparound advocacy services to children and families under Individualized Service Plans. The role manages a caseload of up to six families, implements YAP interventions, collaborates with supervisors and program directors, documents activities, and supports participants’ well-being. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least one year of associated experience, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance; bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. The position pays $20.00 per hour and offers voluntary dental and vision coverage, supplemental insurance, retirement savings, an employee assistance program, pet insurance, direct deposit, and weekly pay.
