arc programs is hiring a full-time, permanent Keyworker for its Support Services for Families (with FASD) Program in the Castlegar office serving the West Kootenays. The role provides case management, service coordination, FASD parenting education and consultation, individual or family counselling, advocacy, education planning, assessment-recommendation implementation, and caregiver support. It requires a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, a valid British Columbia driver's license, regional insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle; preferred qualifications include FASD-related clinical experience, a master's-level social work or comparable education, and related professional experience. Compensation is $30.25–$31.75 per hour, with benefits available after a trial period.
