Capco is hiring a Business Analyst and FAST Configuration Analyst to implement and enhance the FAST Policy Administration System for insurance clients. The role partners with vendors, client subject matter experts, solution architects, and developers to configure the system, support business processes and data quality, communicate implementation status and risks, and recommend technical solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 0–1 years of FAST configuration experience, Excel proficiency, and knowledge of XSLT, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL; insurance product knowledge is a bonus.
