Fast Track File Handler at Davies

The role is a solicitor handling a mixed caseload of litigated employment liability and personal injury cases for corporate and insurance clients. Responsibilities include advising on liability and quantum, developing case strategies, handling disclosure, proofing witnesses, marshalling expert evidence, and coordinating with the wider team while meeting SRA standards. The position requires experience with litigated EL and PL cases valued up to £25,000, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to prioritise work. It is based primarily in the Liverpool office, with 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
