Brakes Plus is hiring for its Fast Track Management Program, a management-training role preparing a store manager to operate a financially sound and high-performing automotive service location. The role involves building and motivating a service team, working on the lobby floor and in the shop, improving service performance, and developing toward a Regional Manager position. Candidates need at least two years of automotive management experience or four years of management experience, along with experience in payroll, expense analysis, inventory control, P&L analysis, employee retention, conflict resolution, and OSHA compliance.
