Keoghs is hiring a Fast Track Specialist File Handler to manage litigated motor-instruction files for insurer clients and the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. The role involves reviewing files, developing litigation strategy, drafting legal documents, negotiating with third-party solicitors, attending court hearings, managing case files and billing, and ensuring compliance with SRA standards and ISO 9001 guidelines. The position requires practical experience handling fast-track road traffic accident litigation, knowledge of CPR rules and court procedures, and the ability to manage a case load and delegate work. It is a 35-hour-per-week role based at the Parklands Office in Bolton.
