Description
The Fault Coordinator plans, coordinates, and directs technicians on a 24/7 five-shift schedule, provides remote work instructions, manages customer expectations, orders materials, records incidents, and handles incidents from administrative and financial perspectives. The role also monitors critical infrastructure such as bridges, locks, wind farms, and fiber-optic networks, analyzes reports, and directs external parties. It requires technical or administrative coordination experience, knowledge of fiber-optic installation or a strong technology affinity, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment, a gross monthly salary of €2,914 to €3,136 plus a 30% shift allowance, and additional benefits.
