Description
The Business Insurance IT Agile Delivery team is hiring a Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader for multiple teams, coordinate dependencies, facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams and junior Scrum Masters, and apply SAFe principles. The role requires SAFe Certified Scrum Master certification within 180 days of hire, 1–3 years of Agile experience or 4+ years in a project environment, and at least 2 years of Scrum Master experience or equivalent leadership experience.
