Cart.com is hiring an onsite Fulfillment Center Lead in Groveport, Ohio, to oversee daily wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and kitting operations. The role supervises and trains warehouse team members, ensures SOP and safety compliance, manages replenishment and product accuracy, and supports productivity goals. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of distribution or warehouse operations experience, and at least one year of lead or supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish ability, kitting or product-rework experience, and familiarity with Cart.com systems are preferred.
