Picnic is hiring an FC Lead to lead site performance across safety, quality, cost, and operational KPIs while building a high-performance, customer-first culture. The role includes coaching Operations Managers and Supervisors, managing incidents and operational planning, handling complex HR cases, and driving Lean and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least six years of operations experience with large multi-shift teams, leadership and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. The role is location-flexible across Picnic’s Dutch sites.
