BAE Systems is hiring an FCAS Investments Projects Programme & Bid Manager in Warton to lead project management support and governance for infrastructure and construction strategy and delivery. The role coordinates integrated master schedules, project control, reporting, bid processes, strategic delivery partners, and team management, while assessing the impact of customer decisions across finance, delivery, schedule, bid, resourcing, recruitment, and risk. It is a hybrid role requiring four days per week on site, and applicants must be BAE Systems employees who have completed 12 months in their current role.
