Description
The Encore Boston Harbor Fire Command Center & Maintenance Operator monitors, tests, records, and dispatches work orders for fire suppression, stair pressurization, elevator and escalator, building automation, electrical distribution, and other resort systems. The role serves as a 24/7 primary contact for public safety and facilities requests, coordinates with the local fire department, maintains FCC records, and supports guest and employee safety and service. It requires a high school or equivalent degree, Massachusetts gaming registration or license, basic computer and Microsoft Office skills, organizational and administrative abilities, and knowledge of FCC codes, radio procedures, safety standards, and testing equipment.
