Description

Workstate is hiring an ET FCC / EPM Techno Functional Consultant / Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions for enterprise performance management and financial close processes. The role involves configuring and supporting Oracle FCC and PBCS/EPM modules, gathering requirements, testing, validating integrations, troubleshooting data and reporting issues, documenting configuration decisions, and supporting cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities. The position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: Experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Financial Close and Consolidation processes
Technical experience configuring, customizing, and implementing EPM systems
Experience with data integration and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications: Strong business analysis skills for eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions
