CCAP is hiring a non-clinical FCCP Supervisor to manage care and coordinate services for FCCP clients and families. The role provides wraparound, consultation, interdisciplinary case-conference, coaching, supervision, documentation, and record-management support, while maintaining flexible availability for home-based follow-up and occasional evenings or weekends. A master's degree in social work or a related field is required, with supervisory experience and bilingual Spanish preferred. The position pays $30-$32 per hour and includes health, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
