Description
The role is a dual-function position in Changsha, split 50/50 between FCM business and control and GR/FCM CST6 operations. Responsibilities include budget planning, cost allocation, cost control, investment and purchase control, facility management, digitalization, sustainability, commercial coordination, process management, safety, and departmental administration. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or finance, at least five years of financial or project management experience, at least three years of facility or safety management experience, EHS and QMM knowledge, and English proficiency.
