Description
Crypto.com is hiring an FCM Director to lead regulatory compliance for its registered Futures Commission Merchant, including CFTC and NFA compliance programs, mandatory reporting, market surveillance for prediction markets and event contracts, AML/KYC, customer onboarding, and automated compliance controls. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, Crypto Derivatives North America, and the Board of Directors, requires at least five years of senior compliance experience in a CFTC-regulated entity or financial regulatory agency, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with health, dental, vision, and life/disability insurance.
