Description
Polymarket is hiring an FCM Legal Counsel to own the legal and regulatory infrastructure supporting its futures commission merchant relationships. The role advises product and business teams on CFTC implications, drafts FCM agreements and disclosures, prepares regulatory submissions, tracks enforcement and rulemaking developments, advises on segregation, net capital, margin, and customer protection requirements, and supports litigation strategy. The position requires a J.D., active U.S. bar membership, and 3–7 years of FCM-focused legal or compliance experience, with a base salary of $250,000 to $340,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
