Description
The Forward Deployed Engineer serves as a technical bridge between Kela engineering teams and end users, developing, integrating, fielding, and optimizing systems in isolated operational environments. The role combines systems or software engineering with hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, sprint and project execution, resource allocation, and direct customer representation. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, eligible for a U.S. security clearance, and have at least five years of experience in systems engineering, field robotics, or technical deployment within aerospace, defense, or high-performance robotics sectors.
